Day by day
Day 1
Islamabad → Chilas
Up the KKH into the Indus gorge; early night — tomorrow is the famous part.
Day 2
The jeep track & the walk in
Raikot Bridge at first light, the hair-raising 4×4 track, then three forest hours to a meadow that doesn't look real.
Day 3
A full day on the meadow
Dawn on the Raikot Face, then a lazy day of cowbells, pine forest and card games under Nanga Parbat.
Day 4
Down and home
Walk out with the mountain at your back and sleep the whole way to Islamabad. Worth it.
